MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

	Opportunities to participate in one of the five CoCAN committees:
	Public Relations & Organizational Development Committee Focuses on public relations, community awareness and mission attainment. Legislative Committee Monitors relevant Missouri legislation and brings items to the Board and membership. Plans Annual Legislative Breakfast. Education Committee Selects program topics for quarterly trainings/workshops and general membership meetings and conducts other educational activities as needed. Special Projects Committee Plans community conferences and undertakes other projects as needed. Selects recipients of the annual Child Advocate of the Year Award. Membership Committee Increases and maintains CoCAN membership.
